How it works
- A free 30-minute call: what you want to improve and what data is involved.
- A test on a sample of your data. You know whether it works before you pay for a rollout.
- We sign a data processing agreement (GDPR) and agree the scope, price and date.
- Rollout, team training and written rules for using AI.
Honest about the limits
- AI makes mistakes. With documents, invoices and anonymisation a human checks the result, and the system flags anything uncertain.
- Local models are weaker than the newest cloud models at very complex tasks. That's why we start with a test.
- A GPU server running around the clock is expensive. Where possible we run it only while it works or choose cheaper hardware.
Questions
- Will my data go to OpenAI, Google or Microsoft?
- No. The model runs on your hardware or on a rented EU server that only your company and the contractor (under a data processing agreement) can access.
- Do I need my own server?
- Not to start. Tests and one-off jobs run on a server rented by the hour. Your own hardware pays off for daily use.
- What about the AI Act?
- Since February 2025 companies using AI must ensure their staff are AI-literate (Article 4). The assistant includes training and written rules. When AI talks to customers, it must be labelled as AI (Article 50).
- What if the test goes badly?
- You get a report with the results and a recommendation. You don't have to order a rollout.

- “From” prices depend on the number of documents, hours of recordings and hardware. We quote the exact price before we start.
