What data we process and why
- E-mail and phone contact: name, e-mail address, phone number and message content, to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep them until the conversation ends and, if we sign a contract, for the period required by tax law.
- Website scanner: the address of the checked site and the IP address of the person running the scan. The IP address is used only to limit the number of scans and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is kept in server memory for at most 10 minutes. We don't store the scan result.
- Website monitoring and e-mail reports: e-mail address, the monitored website, a verification code, the latest check result, and sign-up and sending dates. We process them on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to send a weekly report on the website together with a summary of the Security Radar. You withdraw consent with one click on "Unsubscribe" in any e-mail, which deletes the data immediately. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 14 days. The IP address at sign-up is used only for the sign-up limit (kept in server memory for at most 1 hour).
- Server logs: IP address, date, page address and browser information, to keep the service secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), for the period set by the hosting provider.
Recipients of data
- Hostinger International Ltd. (website, scanner server and e-mail hosting, servers in the EU).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU): sending monitoring e-mails (confirmations and weekly reports).
- Our accounting office, if we sign a contract.

The website doesn't use analytics or marketing cookies and doesn't load tracking scripts. If that changes, we'll ask for consent before they run and update this policy.
